Class Descriptions
Junior / Teen Cirque
A fun introduction to circus skills for kids aged 6-16 years. You will learn amazing aerial and ground circus acts just like the ones in Cirque Du Soleil! Suitable for beginners, this course is also fantastic for developing kids confidence, strength, co-ordination and gross motor skills. Circus is also a full body workout that builds your strength, fitness and flexibility while you have fun. This class is 1.5hrs and includes two aerial stations each week, building on skills throughout the term.
The kids are split into groups dependant on both age and ability, with a usual coach to student ratio of 1:6.
A Kids Casual Rate is available to trial a Junior / Teen Cirque class before committing to the full term, if there is space in the class. All casual classes must be booked in advance via email or text Kinetica on 0490 781 258.
Term Cost: $250
Casual Trial Cost: $30
Please be aware that Kinetica does not have a "make up" policy for its children's classes. All fees must be paid in full before the term commences. No refunds or class credits will be issued for missed classes.

Youth Performance Troupe
Open to ages 7–17 with prior experience in circus, dance, gymnastics, or similar movement-based skills. The Troupe features a compulsory Sunday session, with the option to attend up to two additional sessions each week. Participants train in a variety of circus disciplines, developing both aerial and ground skills, with opportunities to specialise as they advance.
YPT members perform in mid-year and end-of-year studio showcases for family and friends, and also have the chance to appear at local and community events. The program is designed to develop well-rounded, confident performers and is ideal for those looking to expand their skill set or pursue a future in professional performance.
Entrance into these groups are via audition and invitation only.
We hold Open Auditions in January and July. If you are unable to attend our Open Audition and would still like to apply for our Youth Performance Troupe (YPT) program, there may be opportunity for a private audition. Private auditions are 1:1 with a YPT coach are run as a private lesson. It is also possible for students attending our Junior Teen Cirque Program who have shown a commitment and enthusiasm to their circus training top be offered places i our YPT.

KIDS PRIVATE LESSONS
Our children’s rates are for students age 16 and under, and can be booked exactly the same as adult private lessons. Our coaches have Working With Children Check and appropriate First Aid qualifications.
All Private Lessons are prepaid, and are one hour in length. If you are considering a series of lessons, there is the option of a discounted 5 Pack (5% off) or 10 Pack (10% off).

Private Lessons are only available outside of regular class times.
